When Leon asked if we would write a testimonial for their company CLD Architects we didn’t hesitate. When we decided to build a house to our needs and budget, we required someone who could understand us while we remained in the UK and the design and build is in the Cape Winelands. We were not able to be present on-site or available for regular face-to-face meetings. We met a few architects and decided to go with Leon as he had the same vision to combine excellence in quality and design while still achieving value for money. We wanted to limit the budget where it made sense to allow us to put more resources where the investment would be worthwhile.
After giving Leon a list of requirements of must-haves and nice-to-haves, he quickly went away and worked up a design. We were able to keep in touch with the progress
